URA has just released the latest monthly developer sales data for July 2026. We are pleased to share our report 'New home demand returns after June holidays'.
Key Highlights
1. New private home sales rebounded strongly in July, bolstered by the launch of Dunearn House and Lentor Gardens Residences.
2. Both Dunearn House and Lentor Gardens Residences both sold more than 50% of their total units within the first launch month.
