Monthly Developer Sales — August 2026

URA has just released the monthly developer sales data for August 2026. We are pleased to share our latest report. 

Key Highlights

1. New home sales slowed in August as no new projects were launched, with developers delaying launches during the lunar seventh month.  

2. Dunearn House and Lentor Garden Residences sold more units last month, moving 59.7% and 56.5% of their total units, respectively, as of August.

3. Sales are expected to rebound as a few key projects will be launched in September, including Amberwood at Holland and Lucerne Grand.
