Key Highlights
1. Island-wide retail occupancy remained stable at 93.5% in Q2 2026, although occupiers face cost pressures from the ongoing geopolitical tensions.
2. Prime first-storey rental rates remained flat in Orchard/Scotts Road. Those in Other City Area rose by 0.5%, while Fringe/ Suburban Areas grew by 0.25%.
3. Orchard/Scotts Road rents are expected to grow at a steady pace of 1% to 2.5% for whole of 2026.
