Key Highlights
1. New sales rebounded strongly in March with 1,300 transactions.
2. Sales were driven by 3 new launches, including the Rivelle Tampines EC and River Modern.
3. A record 275 ECs were sold for at least S$2 million last month.
4. Another record was set with 411 ECs sold for over S$1,900 psf, of which 410 units were from Rivelle Tampines.
5. The strong sales momentum is expected to continue with the launch of Vela Bay, which is the first private property launch in the new Bayshore precinct and Tengah Garden Residences, which is the first private residences in the Tengah estate.
