Overview of Developer Sales
URA has just released the latest monthly developer sales data for February 2026.
Key Highlights
1. Fewer new homes were sold last month due to the Chinese New Year festivities.
2. Newport Residences, which was launched in January, sold more units last month, bringing total sales to 163 out of 246 units.
3. More projects will be launched in the suburban region over the next few months. We expect robust demand for these projects despite the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
