Monthly Developer Sales — June 2026

URA has just released the latest monthly new sales data for June 2026.
Key Highlights
1. New home sales fell in June as no new projects were launched. This is the first time that no new units were launched in a month.
2. Quarterly, underlying demand remained resilient in Q2, with sales exceeding Q1. In 1H 2026, 4,164 units were sold, more than the total new sales in 1H 2024 but less than in 1H 2025.
3. Sales are expected to rebound in July. Some upcoming launches include Amberwood Holland, Lucerne Grand, Dunearn House and Lentor Gardens Residences.
